Each client gets:
Two 50-minute sessions per month, either in person or through video or phone conferencing
Email support between sessions
Handouts and other resources specific to your needs and goals
Access to a monthly online workshop on a health and wellness topic
An in-person grocery tour or pantry makeover (local clients only)
Coaching is available either in-person or through web/phone conferencing.
